Randy Sims is a graduate
from Eastern Illinois University, the class of 1989. He received his BS in the
School of Business, with a double major, Management and Marketing. While in
college, he held various positions at the University:
- President of the American Marketing Association
- Appointed to the
Dean’s Advisory Board for the College of Business
- Served on the College
Curriculum Committee
- And was selected as a graduation Marshall by the Dean
for the College of Business.
In his professional career, Randy has excelled in the areas of sales and management, consistently ranking nationally in the top 10% of his peers. He has also completed, for various positions, certifications for specialized field training. He has won numerous “achievers” awards, and has lectured and taught his peers in the areas of improved sales, customer service and management techniques. Randy also currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Mid-America Association of Personnel and Staffing Services.

Randy is very active in his community. He currently serves on the Board of
Directors for the National Kidney Foundation, is an Officer on their Executive
Committee, and sits on various other committees within the Foundation. He has
served as the Team Captain for “Team St. Louis” at the US Transplant Games, and
is also involved with Habitat for Humanity and is very involved in his
church.
Going through a double lung transplant has given Randy a renewed appreciation
of life. Randy's Sales, Training, and Management success, along with how he
personally set goals and maintained focus during his transplant experience, will
leave your audience with a feeling of exhilaration.
Randy has been published on several occasions, and interviewed on different
television news programs, including being featured on CNN’s Headline news.

He and his wife, Teresa, were married in Hawaii in December of 2001 and
reside in O’Fallon, MO (West of St. Louis County). Together they enjoy playing
golf, attending St. Louis Cardinal Games, traveling, and going to concerts and
plays.
